1. Engineering Pod Engagements

GlideFlow delivers custom AI systems engineering, technical audits, and embedded Forward Deployed Engineer pods governed by dedicated Statements of Work (SOWs) and Enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All bespoke operational workflows, proprietary data transformations, and model fine-tuning adapters developed for clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon fulfillment of engagement milestones.

3. Service Level Agreements & Uptime

Managed AI operational services are backed by formal enterprise SLAs covering sub-second inference latencies, model drift monitoring, and 24/7 cluster health surveillance.
